Pseudogonatopus opacus Perkins, 1905. Holotype: female in The Natural History Museum, London (NHMUK). Type locality: Kyagur, Uganda.

Gonatopus operosus Olmi, 1993. New name assigned by Olmi,1993. Gonatopus opacus Perkins, 1905, preoccupied by Gonatopus opacus Olmi, 1984.

Distribution

Cameroon, South Africa, Uganda.

Biology

Host: Cicadellidae: in South Africa: Caffrolix cyclopia (Cogan) (Guglielmino et al. 2013).
