Angola, Benin, Cameroon, Chad, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, Zanzibar, Zimbabwe.

Biology

Social, constructing communal paper nests. Larvae are fed on chewed-up, soft-bodied insects such as caterpillars.
