Aphelous himyarita Olmi & van Harten, 2006. Holotype: in Massimo Olmi collection, c/o Department of Plant Protection, University of Tuscia, Viterbo, Italy (MOLC). Type locality: al-Lahima, 1524'N 4332'E, 1200 m (Yemen). Synonymy by Olmi et al. 2019.
