Oryssus imperialis Westwood, 1874. Holotype: in Hope Entomological Collection, University Museum, Oxford (OXUM). Type locality: Ghana.

Chalinus congoensis Guiglia, 1936. Syntypes in Muséum National d'Historie Naturelle, Paris (MNHN) and in Musée Royal de l'Afrique Centrale, Tervuren (MRAC). Type locality: Kindu, Democratic Republic of Congo. Synonymy by Vilhelmsen, 2001.




Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Nigeria, Tanzania.


Unknown, but presumably a parasitoid of wood-boring insect larvae.
