Distribution

Cameroon, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gambia, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Madagascar, Nigeria, São Tomé and Príncipe, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Uganda.

Biology

Host: unknown, but other species of Kapala are ectoparasitoids on ant larvae of Ponerinae and Ectatomminae (Heraty, 2002; Lachaud & P erez-Lachaud, 2012; Murray et al., 2013; Murray, 2014,Murray & Heraty, 2016).
